I first started developing Web sites as a college student back in 1993. What started as a hobby has turned into a career that's grown in leaps and bounds while carrying me along for the roller coaster ride of bumpy growth for the Internet (welcome to the World Wide Web, followed by the dot com boom, then bust, and finally the rebirth).

manages practice facilities for USAV Carolina Region volleyball teams.

WinPlanet is the current incarnation of the first Website I ever created, Stroud's Consummate Winsock Apps List (a bit wordy, I know). CWSApps was also the very first website of its kind - a site completely devoted to software downloads and rating and reviewing Internet software. Under the direction of my current employer, Jupitermedia, WinPlanet has continued to maintain CWSApps' philosophy and consistently ranks as one of the most popular sites on the net.
